31 Mariano Gomez Mariano is the Managing Director and Owner of Maximum Global Business, LLC. A business and technology consulting firm located in Atlanta, GA, U.S.A. He is a technology professional with more than a decade of experience engineering and designing ERP implementations and multi-platform systems integrations around Microsoft technologies, and the original project manager and developer for the Microsoft Dynamics GP Spanish version for Latin America. His primary focus is delivering value through the use of technology to organizations in the middle and enterprise markets across the Americas. Mariano holds a Master of Information Systems (MIS) degree from the University of Phoenix, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Mariano is also one of the select few Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) for the Dynamics GP platform. He also holds a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Antonio Nariño in his native Colombia and is the author of one of the most widely followed blogs in the Microsoft Dynamics GP community, The Dynamics GP Blogster. He is also known for his recent presentations at the 2009 Microsoft Dynamics GP Technical Conference in Fargo, ND and 2010 Microsoft Dynamics Convergence in Atlanta, GA, both events held in the United States. 32 Michael Blatherwick Michael was a founder member of AxPact in 2004 and his now the Chairman. AxPact has a track record for quality delivery of global Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions. With over 30 members, AxPact brings together the very best Microsoft Dynamics AX partners from around the globe to work together in winning and delivering international Dynamics AX solutions. AxPact members account for over 1200 AX implementations and have a host of readymade advanced functional solutions for AX which can be accessed through the AxPact Additions website. As well has Chairing AxPact, Michael is also the MD of Sense Enterprise Solutions Limited, one of the longest established and most successful providers of Microsoft Dynamics AX in the UK and Ireland. Sense were recognised for their excellence in the AX market place in 2006 when they won the Microsoft EMEA Convergence award for “Overall Excellence for an AX Implementation” in conjunction with their client I'Anson Brothers who manufacture animal feed. Michael has also invested in several strategic vertical markets and is a non-executive Director and shareholder in two established AX ISV's, Omnica and Veratem.

34 Alex Chow Alex is a NAV MVP for the last three years, is the founder of AP Commerce, Inc. based out of Los Angeles, California in the United States. Alex has been working with Navision since 1999 and has been involved in more than one hundred Navision implementations. Started working with large solution center implementing Navision back in 1999 when there was a mad rush to be year 2000 compliant. Alex started AP Commerce, Inc. with a mission to become a service-oriented organization instead of a sales-oriented organization. AP Commerce has an approach to doing business that has earned them the trust and respect of the people whom we are fortunate enough to work with. Since the inception of the company, Alex has been instrumental in ensuring that AP Commerce has been able to maintain a 100% customer retention rate.

35 Eric Wauters Eric is one of the founding partners of iFacto Business Solutions www.ifacto.be With his 9 years of technical expertise, he is an everyday inspiration to its development team. As development manager he continually acts upon iFacto’s technical readiness and guarantees that he and iFacto are always on top of the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV developments. Apart from that, Eric is also very active in Microsoft Dynamics NAV community-life where he tries to solve technical issues and thrives to share his knowledge with other Dynamics NAV enthusiasts. 36 Mark Corley Mark began his CRM career in KPMG before moving to Microsoft in 2002 where he became renowned for his work in developing and implementing Dynamics CRM Software + Services (SaaS) strategies, including product marketing and management. He built the partner hosting business by training over 650 hosters in 24 countries, doubling active hosters and growing subscribers by 300%. Mark has pioneered the SaaS Readiness program to accelerate ISV ecosystem, including online assessment tools. He has developed channel strategy, value proposition and marketing material for thousands of VARs, integrators, ISVs and hosters. Mark also launched CRM 4.0 to channel, including all readiness activities for channel partners globally. He has now joined CWR Mobility where he is Vice President for Global Sales and is bringing his CRM knowledge to bare on their already existing mobile application expertise.

37 Brandon Kirby Brandon worked with Fiserv between 2001 and 2007 where he developed a sales team and channel for CRM, which since joining iQ4bis as Business Development Director he has increased its reach. He understands how to bring out the concepts of the influencers and decision makers to ensure that he properly qualifies his prospects and increases his chance of closing his deals. Brandon has been able to bridge the gap for clients between CRM and BI through the iQ4bis software suite for BI initiatives. Brandon is a rare sales specialist who has the ability to understand, demonstrate and deliver BI. Through his team at iQ4bis Brandon has been able to show the ability to integrate information from an AX ERP system or CRM System with BI to ensure a strong ROI for clients.

38 Jim Glass Jim is the community guru, MVP lead, and site manager for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team, he investigates emerging Web technologies and capabilities in order to provide the advancements to a team that specializes in customer collaboration and communication. Jim is the Project Manager in charge of design, implementation and maintenance of a number of Web properties associated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product group including those on Microsoft.com, CodePlex.com and MSDN.com. Jim is major contributor to the community, forum, newsgroup, and is the blog guru for the CRM team. Jim also manages the CRM MVP program for MVPs worldwide. Somehow Jim is also the inspiration between Sax On The Web which is mostly a labor of love but equally worthwhile.
